Jobs.org.ng is an independent social economic project established to support the Nigerian job market characterised by a massive informal economy, high youth entry numbers, and a persistent mismatch between graduate qualifications and employer skill requirements by strategising international/local job announcements and standby candidacy on reels network while navigating crowdsourcing.
We also help job seekers navigate widespread of hoax jobs for free. We privately verify participating organisations while permitting public street, town, city, state and country identifiers.
More importantly, all crowdsourcers, organisations and co-agents associated with us have live, verifiable profiles linked to their socials on Jobs.org.ng
We never accept official job applications through unauthorised channels or WhatsApp groups demanding upfront fees.
Pure recruitment services cost users ₦0.00. We accommodate two recruiter categories: registered direct employers worldwide and verified co agents. Both charge candidates nothing for placements.
Some employers and co-agents offer independent recruiters and influencers a one-time recruiting bounty of 15% or ₦15,000–₦50,000 for successful referrals, payable only after the candidate completes one month of service and receives their first salary. These earnings belong entirely to participating crowdsourcers; Jobs.org.ng takes no commission.
For safety and accountability, individuals hiring independently are encouraged to engage verified co-agents. Our free public candidate reels network also connects local and international professionals with opportunities.
Jobs.org.ng generates revenue exclusively through Grand Spotlight, Catered Meals & Teams Lunch Spotlight, Attending Spotlight, On Demand Help Reel and Featured Jobs publicity.
Dear candidates, always practise the buddy system when pursuing opportunities. Verify recruitment claims and never pay to secure employment. Learn more.
Don't let inexperience stall you.
